看目前 pen-power 的廣告，它在 Windows 8 / Windows 7 / Vista / XP (32 bit or 64 bit) 作業系統都可使用，也許你得須先將電腦的言語設定為繁體中文，如還是有問題，就去問它的公司。
電腦的「設定」很簡單，只要曉得操作步驟及相關指令。Windows 8 我沒用過，對此，有心無力。
在美買的電腦，使用的 language 都設定成 English；在台買的，都設定成繁體中文。
